For nine years Bardi Panettone has provided our customers with delicious Christmas treats. Made from very high quality ingredients by a noted Piemontese producer, Bardi has slightly different characteristics from Loison.
We offer both the tall Alto and low Basso shaped panettone; the Senza Canditi, without candied fruit, just raisins; Veneziana, with only candied citrus fruit; Nocciolato, glazed with hazelnut paste; Fondente, perfumed with orange flower water, pieces of chocolate, glazed with chocolate and almonds. Pandoro, a Verona specialty, without fruit and in a tall star shape, to be covered with powdered sugar is eaten traditionally at New Year. All the Bardi products are 1 kilo (2.2lbs) in size.
